Privacy Policy

How AnK handles information from website visits, enquiries and documentation assistance.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Accelerated Komputing (AnK), Company Registration No. 337233/80/081, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our registered office is Sipadole-08, Suryabinayak-08, Bhaktapur, Nepal.

This policy covers the AnK Compute website, documentation assistant, and enquiries sent to us through this website or by email. If you use our infrastructure services, we may also process account, billing, security and support information to provide those services. Any service-specific privacy notice or signed data-processing agreement applies to the processing it describes. This policy does not describe the independent practices of websites linked from this site.

2. Information we receive

Enquiries and support: your name, email address, organisation, phone number where supplied, intended workload, and the message or attachments you choose to send. The website contact form opens your email application; it does not submit the form directly to a website database. We receive the information when you send the email.

Documentation assistant: questions and conversation messages you submit, together with the page URL provided by the assistant. Messages are sent to our server and, when a model response is required, to the configured language-model gateway and its model provider. Avoid entering passwords, API keys, confidential workloads or sensitive personal information. The assistant is automated and its answers may be inaccurate.

Technical information: requests to the website and APIs include information such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time. Hosting and security systems may process request and error records to deliver the site, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.

Browser preferences: we store your cookie-consent decision, chosen display theme and an unsent documentation question in your browser. Optional analytics is described below and in the Cookie Policy.

Service-related information: when you request or use infrastructure services, information you supply may include account and organisation details, billing contacts, transaction records, usage records and support correspondence. Do not send payment-card details through the contact form or documentation assistant.

3. Why we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, process service requests, provide documentation assistance, deliver and secure the website and services, administer billing and support, investigate abuse, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.

We use optional website analytics only after you allow it. It helps us understand visits, commonly used pages and broad browser or device characteristics. We do not run advertising pixels on this website.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for optional analytics; steps you request before entering a contract or performance of a contract for service enquiries and delivery; legal obligations for required records; and legitimate interests, where permitted and balanced against your rights, for security, fraud prevention and ordinary support administration. Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie settings for analytics or by contacting us for other consent-based processing.

4. Analytics and browser storage

The production website uses Vercel Web Analytics only when analytics consent is enabled. Vercel describes this service as using request-derived identifiers rather than tracking cookies. Our integration removes query strings and URL fragments from analytics event URLs before sending them. Analytics consent is optional even though the service does not use tracking cookies.

No analytics script is loaded before you consent or after a saved rejection on a fresh visit. Withdrawing consent prevents subsequent analytics events; it does not undo data already sent while consent was active. Essential browser storage and ordinary hosting requests continue so that requested site features can work.

You can accept, reject or select optional analytics directly in the banner. Cookie settings is available in the footer to change your decision. Read the Cookie Policy for the browser-storage inventory and duration of the consent record.

5. Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, security, email, payments, or a requested service. Optional website measurements are processed through Vercel Web Analytics. Documentation-assistant requests may be processed through the configured language-model gateway and model provider. The providers used for a particular paid service or AI request may depend on the service configuration; contact us before submitting data if you require provider or location details.

We may share relevant information with professional advisers, authorities where legally required or permitted, or parties involved in a business reorganisation subject to applicable safeguards. We limit sharing to the relevant purpose. We do not use the website consent banner to authorise sale of personal information or advertising tracking.

Providers may process information outside Nepal. Where a transfer is subject to a legal restriction, the required safeguards must apply. Ask us for information about the arrangements relevant to your proposed use before submitting regulated or highly sensitive information.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and support information for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and resolve relevant follow-up matters. Account, billing, transaction and security records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements; this notice does not promise a single deletion period for every system or provider.

The cookie-consent decision expires after 180 days. Theme preferences and an unsent assistant question remain in browser storage until changed, removed by the relevant feature, or cleared through your browser. Submitting a question removes its saved input draft. Clearing browser storage removes the consent record and causes us to ask again.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including access restrictions and secure transmission where supported. No system is completely secure. This notice does not promise managed backups, encryption at rest or a particular certification for every compute plan. Check the service description and any written agreement before sending sensitive data.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask about the information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions, identity verification and retention requirements.

Email [email protected] with PRIVACY in the subject and describe your request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and identify the records involved. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or secrets in an initial enquiry.

Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the website, pricing or documentation. You can also clear or block browser storage using browser settings; doing so may prevent preferences from being remembered. External social-media and payment websites have their own privacy controls.

8. Children and sensitive information

This website and its service enquiries are intended for people able to enter a service relationship or acting through an authorised adult or organisation. We do not ask children to submit personal information through the documentation assistant or contact form. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information that should be removed.

Do not submit health, financial, biometric, government-identification, children's or other regulated or highly sensitive data through general website enquiries or the assistant. Customers with such workloads must assess service suitability and obtain any required written agreement before use.

9. Updates and contact

We will update this policy when website features, providers or processing practices change. The effective date identifies the current notice. Where a change requires new consent or a specific notice under applicable law, we will provide it; publishing a notice does not itself grant analytics consent.
