Payment Methods
Card in USD, bank or mobile in NPR — what happens after you click pay.
Three routes
- Card (international) — USD via Stripe Checkout. Redirect to provider, return, balance updates in seconds.
- Bank transfer (Nepal) — NPR via GetPay. Verify with reference ID. Status poll may lag — treat as unconfirmed until dashboard says paid.
- Mobile banking (Nepal) — NPR via Fonepay. Intent + status with reference label. Same lag rule.
NPR top-ups convert via displayed rate pre-confirm (NRB lookup with fallback). Rate shown before pay is the rate applied.
After pay states
- Paid → balance bumps, invoice paid, receipt available.
- Processing → unconfirmed. Check provider status, refresh. Don't retry until verified.
- Failed/timeout → no credit. Don't double-pay. Open ticket with amount, time, method, reference.
Reversals
Stripe disputes auto-write immutable provider_reversal entries (may push balance negative). GetPay/Fonepay have no auto webhook — operators verify in provider portal then post admin reversal. Never trust browser success alone; wallet ledger is truth.
Coupons redeem under Billing → Redeem. Case-sensitive, one-use. See Wallet and Top-ups.
